We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.



Cancellation Policy :

We pride ourselves on processing all orders on our site quickly.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email contact@olanux.com as soon as possible.
Most items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is important that you contact us during this time so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

A request to cancel your order will not be accepted if it has already been processed.

Error Address :

It is your responsibility to verify that this address is correct and contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for rejected or undeliverable orders (unreachable addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded your money minus shipping costs, or we will offer you shipping again, depending on your choice.

You cannot return your order or request a refund until your package is received by the sender.
