ARTICLE 1 - PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
When you make a purchase from our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, giving us more details about the browser and operating system you are using.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Text message marketing (if applicable): by providing your phone number when placing your order, you agree to receive text messages (for order tracking and retrieval of abandoned baskets) and promotional offers. No more than 4 text messages per month will be sent. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending STOP by text message.

How do we obtain your consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we will assume that you consent to us collecting and using your information only for this purpose.

ARTICLE 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases and in Shopify's general application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment :
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is stored for as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is completed, the information related to the purchase transaction is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the result of a joint effort between companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The requirements of the PCI-DSS standard ensure the secure processing of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 - SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES.
In general, the third-party service providers we use will collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.

ARTICLE 6 - SECURITY

While no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all requirements of the PCI-DSS standard and implement additional standards widely recognized by the industry.
COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether or not to allow them.
session_id, a unique session identifier, it allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data is stored, remains stored for 30 minutes since the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data is stored, expires at midnight the next day (depending on the visitor's location). Calculates the number of shopping visits per unique customer.
shopping cart, unique identifier, is kept for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session id
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password. It is used to find out if the current visitor has access.
ARTICLE 7 - AGE OF MAJORITY
By using this website, you certify that you are at least of the age of majority in the state or province where you reside and that you have given us permission for the use of this website by a minor in your care.

If our store is acquired by or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
