These are the questions you often ask us:

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.

It then takes between 10 and 22 business days for your item to reach your home.

During busy periods, it can take up to 6 days for the package to be shipped. Our packages are delivered by La Poste. We do not work with relay points.


My order is not complete?

Because we have different storage facilities and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

Our average delivery times are 10 to 22 working days. Some packages may take a little longer.

However, if you do not receive your package within 35 business days of placing your order, you will receive a full refund and may keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or change my order ?

We process your orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.

Therefore, you have 12 hours after your order to send an email to contact@olanux.com to cancel or change your order.

After this time, your items have already been shipped and we can no longer change your order.



The item I received is broken/defective ?

Despite our strict selection of reliable carriers, it may happen that your package arrives damaged.

In this case, or in case of a design error, please contact us at contact@olanux.com with the following details:

Your order number
Description of the problem (defective/defective item, etc.)
A photo or video
You do not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order in the form of a credit (if you want another form of refund, please let us know).
