Exchange / Refund / Replacement


If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you 3 options:


1) Exchange your item for a different size/colour.

 

Exchanges are only possible for the size and/or colour of the same model. Exchanging another product is strictly prohibited. We recommend you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

 2.refund details and vouchers

The standard refund method is a credit note.
If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method you used for your purchase, you must notify us on the return form and a 15% inspection, storage and handling fee will be charged.

Orders that are exchanged or items that are returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect will not incur this restocking fee. The charge will be applied to the original order and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

  2. Beschrijving van het probleem (bijv. verkeerd/defect artikel)
  3. Een foto of video

 

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be checked for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

Processing generally takes 3-5 working days.
If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at contact@olanux.com.

 

 Delivery :

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a credit note, it will be for the amount you paid. If you have indicated that you want your money back, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus the restocking fee.

If you want an exchange: depending on the country of origin, it can take 2 to 7 weeks for your exchanged item to reach you.



Warning:

If you are sending items with a value of more than €50, we strongly recommend you send the product back to us with a tracking number.
